Our company, Boppin’ Bagels, consists of one single food truck. This allows us to minimize start-up costs and serve our community. Lindsey Ratterree and Kendra Shigley, the owners, have a total of four employees working the many jobs that come with a food truck: a financial director, shopper, cooks, and a cleaner. Boppin’ Bagel strives to provide high-quality bagel sandwiches to the NWA area. We bring a unique twist to your average bagel and an accurate and speedy service.
About Our Products
We support our local businesses by buying our bagels twice a week from Stone Mill Bread located in Fayetteville. Our fruits and vegetables bought fresh from the local Farmers Market three times a week to ensure the best quality. The rest of our products are bought from the nearest Sam's Club.
Kendra & Lindsey
These lifelong friends were born and raised in the Northwest Arkansas area and strive to make their community better. They are passionate about keeping the planet clean while providing healthy and delicious meals. Cooking and food have always been a passion of theirs. They love experimenting with new fresh ingredients and including their customers in the fun of creating unique sandwiches.
